Friday, Jan. 6: If you can, watch Oprah. I saw a preview

today; she talks about how you can lose 10-15 pounds immediately just by dressing differently/less frumpily (not that anyone here is a frump :) ). I'm watching, and thought someone here might be interested. :hi:
