There are a handful of 15-year-old girls who look like they're 18-20, but they sure don't act like it.

4. having kids that age, i have a meter i can go by. there are differences in features |

from teh freshman year to the senior year. which would be that time frame. i can pull out the lower class kids from the senior kids. i can see a difference.

I've seen some 15 yo's who look OVER 20!
And I've seen some 18 yo's who look 14.
Some girls do just "mature faster" - but I think for most it's the makeup & way they dress. Open their mouth, though - andn then you usually know they're just a kid no matter how "mature" they LOOK.

Several years ago, my then office hired a new lawyer who was 27 or 28, but if I had seen her on the street, I would have thought she was in high school.
