The English Premier League has had a few twists already |

Newcastle in turmoil
Liverpool actually winning games instead of drawing.
Man U. playing below par.
Man. City actually playing well.
Chelsea and Arsenal are looking to remain fairly consistent.
Portsmouth appear to be getting better each week.
This might actually be a fairly tight season with 6-8 teams in contention.

when the dust settles the big four will be at the top..the only question is in what order. Chelsea is looking real good, Man U will contend as soon as Ronaldo returns, Liverpool and Arsenal will probably battle for third.

Although I'm a Liverpool fan and would love to see them take the first place this year, I'd also like to see the season go down to the last weekend with 6-7 teams all within a point or two of each other and goal difference being a factor.
