The Steelers vs 49rs. I was watching just before 60 minutes (on east coast). The score was 11-10 with 11 seconds left. I was all ready to watch two historic events in one evening!
Then what happens? Pittsburgh scores 6 a touchdown on a fumbled lateral and the score was a run of the mill 17-10.
But wait - they reviewed the play and determined that it was not a lateral but an illegal forward pass. Ball dead, no touchdown, score back to 11-10.
I only watched the last minute of the game but it was wild. History was made. Then the Obama interview. More history.

1. The officiating was horrible. The worse I've ever seen in a game |

In today's Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the head ref said they made a mistake on that final play. Plus, the Steelers had 13 penalties! Not typical at all of my Steelers :-(.
