Where will your favorite college Football team be ranked...
to start the season?

I predict Nebraska will be ranked between 15th and 20th in the country and favored to win the Big XII North.

1. Middle Tennessee State University will be ranked....
...#94 in the power rankings this year. Yep, they're kicking ass and taking no prisoners!

Go Blue Raiders!

4. Ducks
Probably in the top 15. They still have their QB, btu lost the best WR and their secondary.

5. All eyes on Colvin
Demetrius' production actually went down when Clemens did, so the loss won't be as big as it might have. The D-line is a big question mark without Ngata, but there are some good recruits coming in. JStew is going to steamroll people. I'm not high on this 2-QB thing. I hope it's just Belloti is playing mind games with Dixon and Leaf, and is aiming to have a sole starter by the time the conference schedule starts.

But after that Holiday Bowl disaster, I'd say somewhere in the 15-25 range. Which is fine with me, because we always play better as underdogs.

9. 2 QB's DOES NOT WORK
ask us Ohio State fans. Once we settled on one quarterback, we got rolling, but before that it was delicate.

13. I think Dixon will be the starter
Leaf may grow into a better player, but right ow Dixon is a better athlete, with a stronger arm. Dixon needed some confidence, which he really did not get after Clemens went down. With all that said, I expect Dixon to be an Akili Smith type player.

17. It's going to be CRAAAAZY
- Payback for Holiday Bowl aspect
- Still sore about BCS
- Lot of high expectations for Dixon, Stewart and Colvin
- New ugly uniforms

The Michigan game was big, but this is going to be bigger.

6. Ohio State
top 5; rumblings of 1, but i won't be cocky, and preseason rankings are bullshit anyway (especially since we have to play texas away)

16. Here's a Texas fan...looking forward to Sept. 9th.
It should be a GREAT game. I know you guys will bring it, and I hope we will be up to it. The second game of the season with a new quarterback (who isn't VY) will be dicey.

Good luck, but not TOO good, ya know?
:)

11. I like Greg Schiano a lot.
Rutgers has to improve defensively to take the next step but Schiano has them on the right track for sure.

15. I think Alabama ended the season at number 8
But we lost most almost all of the defense. I'll guess #18. Just a guess though.

18. Michigan is starting at 14
Which I prefer. I get nervous if we're ranked really high at the beginning of the season.

Go Blue!
