1. This IS a cool idea!

Might be especially good for singles. If I cook a regular recipe, I have to eat it for days. Plus it's so much trouble to cook for just one. I end up just fixing a sandwich most of the time.

3. It is a great idea

for busy families but I think your idea of sharing among singles is perfect! I know before I got married, I rarely cooked, either. Didn't see the sense in it for just me.
