I would like to purchase a couple and would like to know if they have to be mounted on inner walls or can they be mounted on an outer wall...that is where the cold is coming thru.

1. Yes, it was that panel

the instructions I received stated it needs to be installed on an inner wall. Mine were installed on outer walls (don't ask) & didn't seem to do much...the panel was always having to heat up the outer wall. It maybe made a few degrees' difference, so I'd really like to see how it works when installed correctly.

2. Thanks very much. I am going to get a couple.

My apt is right on the ocean, and in the winter, the wind comes right thru the walls in two rooms. I have to sit at my PC with a blanket around me. I can't wait to get them.

3. What also might help

is putting light & heat/cold blocking drapes on those walls. Not sure how your apartment is laid out, but it's a thought. :)

4. I have 4 of those and lately the lows have been dropping

it keeps my leaky trailer comfortable in all but the coldest weather

I did put them on interior walls though....
