I live on a boat. It is my primary residence. Will these rebates and tax breaks apply to solar, wind and window options on my boat?

If it's a Houseboat it definitely should.

6. Sailboat, not technically a houseboat. We do get a homestead exemption in

California, so they consider it our primary residence.

We are looking at upgrading our solar and adding a wind generator. We are also due to replace windows this year. I am not sure that there is an answer to the question yet, but I would sure like to know before we invest at this point.
