EVERY piece is just $5.99! (technically it is free plus shipping and handling; at the most you will pay a TOTAL of $8.99 to add a chain to a pendant). The "catch" being that you have to pay for each piece separately (no combined shipping). I am loading up on gifts since I don't have alot of time to get out of the house (and have a big group of girl relatives!)Also, when they have a ring on special, they are all one size; so if it isn't the size you need you are SOL. But,a new piece comes up every 14 min.; so no biggie.

I just received my first piece yesterday and it was exactly as described and very nice. Heavy sterling silver; if it IS plated it doesn't seem like it. They also sell on Ebay; it says you are welcome to check their feedback.
