Window covers to keep out drafts

Bubble wrap!!! It's fairly cheap, too. You wet it and stick to your windows.
You can take it off and re-apply it easily.
We're going to put it on our garage windows.
I can't take credit for this. I saw it in a post this a.m.
I didn't catch the user name, but I hope they find this forum. :)

Otherwise, another alternative to getting wrap that you blow dry on your windows and with double siding tape, correct?

13. any sort of "air barrier" will help so I'd say yes

my west wall in PHX has no windows (smart builder) but is on my bedroom

I hung a plastic faux bamboo roll down shade from the eave so it hangs about a foot from the wall and it made a big differnce

since I don't think I explained it well it looks like this only in plastic
