It may seem non-conservation minded to order paper publications like this through the mail; but they have such titles as "Irrigation and Water Conservation on Home Lawns" and lots of useful info that should help you do-it-yourself around the house. I also figure that we could copy and share/scan in and share the info if need be.

1. Gardening Note - Some of this information may be zone specific.
I notice that the info originates from the University of Maryland.

But county and cooperative extensions are useful across the country: no matter what region you're in, you can probably find a county extension website of use to you. I use the TAMU cooperative extension website for gardening information that's most relevant for my zone (I'm in Texas).

2. Florida offers lots of free information that can be sent to your home.
