Can anyone help me find a website?

I have a competency-based interview coming up for a Civil Service job here in the UK. Is there a website that lists sample questions and model answers for such interviews, where I can look up the competency they are after and find what questions are likely to be asked? One that lists sample questions by employer would be even better, but that might be asking too much. I have tried the search engines, but without much success.

Also, you might want to check into any specific forum/message board(s)which might be available for your particular area of interest and maybe get some feedback from folks who are already employed in the field to get an idea?
