What in the world is a "job developer?"
I found a profile on LinkedIn where the person decribed themselves as a "job developer."

What is that, exactly?

2. It is an individual that identifies employment opportunities based on experience, skill-set and
compensation requirements. Professionals in this field often work for outplacement agencies and have relationships with hiring managers in a variety of industry sectors. There are a lot of scammers that claim to provide this type of service so be cautious. :hi:
