General Batiste is nailing Rumsfeld to the bone (face the nation)

He is just laying it into Rumsfeld on his arrogance and
incompetency. This will be a major news story, he is specific on his facts and references .

It was scathing.

1. I think that Rumsfeld should go; that he should have gone long ago when

it might have made a difference. But except to increase morale and to show that we really do support the troops (a good enough reason to get rid of the weasel right there) can you tell me what difference this is going to make now in our position in Iraq? Aren't thing too far gone for his replacement to help make any changes to help our men and women in the armed forces?

there are lots of articles. Look in the 'Opinion' section.They are all saying the same thing: Rumsfeld must go. NOT ONE of them are defending him.

These generals are pushing it to the limit. I can see they're going to fight Rumsfeld to the finish.

It's only a matter of time now.
