Bush's five point plan to 'rescue' his presidency :
TIME: Bush's five point plan to 'rescue' his presidency

RAW STORY
Published: Sunday April 23, 2006

TIME Magazine's Mike Allen outlines a "five-point plan" posited by President Bush's new chief of staff Josh Bolten to "rescue" the Bush presidency in magazines to hit newsstands Monday.

The five key points include:

1) "Deploy guns and badges" -- to play to the conservative base on illegal immigration, using the cloak of Homeland Security. (Boo! I see dark people!")

2) Make Wall Street happy through tax cuts. (Been there. Done that.)

3) Brag more ("highlight the glimmer of success in Iraq"). (Been ther sone that, too.)

4) Reclaim security by playing tough with Iran (On Iran, "Democrats will lose").
(Security+illegal invasion of wrong country? AGAIN?!!)

5) Court the press (offer Tony Snow of Fox News the job of White House press secretary) ( LOL yeah that'll appease Helen & David Gregory. LMAO.)

1. You know why it's a five-point plan don't you.
So he can write one point on each finger. Couldn't remember it otherwise.

2. Point One: Lie about Tax cuts; Point Two: Lie about security
Point Three: Lie about the economy; Point Four: Lie even more about Iraq and Iran.
Point Five: Lie about the lies.

I think this pretty much sums up the plan no?

3. A simpler way to represent this:
1) Pander

2) Bribe

3) Misrepresent

4) Bluster

5) Fellate

7. #4 is pretty damning.
Is his new political advisor advising him to invade another country for domestic political purposes? I know playing tough with Iran doesn't necessarily mean invade; but anything else he tries will be shoved back in his face by Iran whose president appears to be just as crazy as bush.

8. They can't be serious.
Is this for real? There's nothing of substance here.

How about firing Rumsfeld for starters? That would make a lot of people happy ( as in = the military).

This will float like a lead balloon.

9. Step 6...GO AWOL!
When the going gets tough the tough runs home to mommy, down Red Texas way. The closest Bush ever got to being a real cowpoke, was all that Bullshit, that the fool always deposits everywhere he goes. If Bullshit is all it takes to be a cowboy, I guess shrub's the real deal. KKKarl's litte War Cowboy!

Step 7...Get REAL!

Step 8...STFU george!

Step 9...PLEASE GO AWOL!

Step 10...Get the hell out of Washington ASAP!

Almost 60 and still a brat.

11. Iran in 2006 will not help them like Iraq in 2002
The country won't sit with using tactical nukes, or they will not sit with the idea of Iranian and Shiite militia crossing into Iraq and inflaming the whole region.
