Why is Bin Laden now meddling in Darfur?
We don't have any troops there or any presence there to fight the genocide by the Janjaweed, although we should do more to stop it. Does Bin Laden support the rape and murder of millions of Sudanese, most of whom are black and Christian, on behalf of the Arab and Muslim militia?? I wouldn't be surprised if he does, since he wants to impose his radical brand of Islam on the world (NOT mainstream Islam, but nut-job wahabbism.)

3. Because when people learn about Darfur, it will embarass Bush...
and it's also going to disrupt our oil supply.

Besides, I hear that Natalie Holloway might be in Darfur.

4. How much oil does Sudan have?
I do remember that they were Bin Laden's base before they kicked him out in '96 and went to Afghanistan.

6. Well Sudan has over 600 million barrels in reserve and is under explored
Edited on Sun Apr-23-06 03:22 PM by xultar
Although Sudan has been producer of oil and gas for a number of years it is considered to be vastly under-explored. The country's oil reserves are estimated at between 600 million and 1.2 billion barrels with recoverable reserves estimated at greater than 800 million barrels. The country is also rich in natural gas with reserves estimated at 3 trillion cubic feet (tcf). Production of oil in 1998 is estimated at approximately 600,000 metric tons (12,000 bpd). Figures for September 1999 are estimated at 7.2 million metric tons or 146,000 bpd.

16. god, these motherfuckers
what if Bin Laden and Bush are in collusion?

I mean, imagine if Bin Laden was just an agent provocateur sent to organize the enemies into particular regions we want to destroy and colonize.

Tinfoil hat. But tinfoil is the only reasonable fashion these days.

17. What if??
There families have been doing business together for years. This is hardly out of the realm of possiblity... especially when the official 9/11 story and the timing OBL video tapes don't pass the smell test.

7. The infidel UN is threatening an Arab (and Islamist) regime
that once gave Osama Bin Laden sanctuary. If he sees the attrocities, he doesn't care.
He committed similar crimes in Afghanistan.

8. A film about Darfur tells a lot-
go to www.refugeesinternational to see it. It will break your heart.

And not all the blacks being slaughtered are Christian-there are black Muslims who are also being persecuted.

10.  too bad that bastard didn't answer your third question.
"Does Bin Laden support the rape and murder of millions of Sudanese, most of whom are black and Christian, on behalf of the Arab and Muslim militia?? "
A few hundred thousand blacks/christians are already dead...it seems that isn't good enough. It is amazing when you think of the disaster that Darfur thing is and it isn't getting much play in the media

How about why did Bush mishandle the battle and lead to Bin Laden getting away in December of 2001.

15. Because he is still on our payroll...
he is the ultimate bogeyman. He surfaces when poll numbers are down, and the people need some scaring. Let us not forget, he is related to the Saudi royal family- good friend of the Bush family. He serves a purpose, will never be caught, and be used as an Emmanuel Goldstein.
