Anyone know anything about Julia Sweig?
She's on BookTV now (C-SPAN2) talking about her book "Friendly fire" with some jerk who thinks that US policy is ALWAYS RIGHT.

That's her resume. What I was looking for is: what are her beliefs? Is she another PNAC shill?

I would gather, just from her resume, that she is probably a conservative - not necessarily Repuke, though. She has the creds for government work of just about any side of the right/left line.

The thing that bothers me, though, is a statement from her today about "regime change". That is so obviously a BFEE code word, that it makes me wonder. Here's a fast copy of the transcript from today's show:

PNAC shill doesn't really sit right with me. She is so obvously intelligent that I can't see her buying in to the Shrub Sitcom, but one never knows. I guess I'd have to follow the money and see.
