Joins Call for Accountability on Iraq Intelligence Misconduct

I see that my good friend, John Edwards, is calling on the Attorney General to expand the Fitzgerald probe to consider the President's role in manipulating Iraq intelligence information. This is a welcome development, and shows that momentum continues to build for an independent investigation into these very serious charges.

I have been pushing for a select committee since last December -- along with 33 of my colleagues. Carl Bernstein joined us last week, with his strong article in Vanity Fair. One way or another the truth will come out, and it should come out sooner rather than later.
