I heard this story on the BBC World Service in the wee hours this morning - That 10,000 US troops will be moved from Okinawa to Guam.

Guam and then to where? To replace the troops that will be sent home from Iraq? Let's remember that a draw down of troops doesn't preclude their being replaced by the ones from Okinawa (by way of Guam).
