I STILL can't find the part of the Constitution that describes those unitary executive powers Bush says he has discovered. Are there any "strict constructionists" out there who could post a link to the text?

And because the decider is himself a unit, as president he is the unitary executive. Just ask Karl or Dick if you don't believe it.
