Just Breaking: Explosions in Egypt
Just breaking over over on Reuters. I don't think they know just what or how bad yet.

Also - many more bombs in Baghdad. I don't know how many killed by lots of people injured.

How do those poor people even manage to live from day to day?

7. Sounds like they hit another tourist area.
Bastards.

If they are going to attack why can't they at least attack the military and not innocent civilians.

How on earth do you justify such things.

24. Islamist thinking on this matter is not confused at all.
If you support anyone but them, killing you is justifiable.

14. I doubt that.
There really is no major domestic terror threat, other than from the rightwing nutcase brigades like those that spawned Timmy McVeigh & friends. Of course our crime family occupying the white house might mihop a threat, but that is a different story.

6. How do Iraqis manage?
There may be hundreds of thousands dead and injured, entire cities flattened, DU contamination everywhere, lawlessness and civil strife, broken economy, non-functioning infrastructure, but--

hey, at LEAST they don't have Saddam pushing them around!

And here at home-- as awful as things are-- at least we don't have gay marriage!

9. Well really. Those people just don't know how good they have
it, do they.?

I would be in a mental institution if I had to live under that kind of stress every day. Really. I would be curled up in the back of a closet with clothes pulled over my head.

16. Not really.
it is more like they round up a bunch of 'suspects' and slaughter them after a bit of torture and a farce of a trial. There is no reason to think that they actually manage to catch the perpetrators.

20. Well, there's that aspect of it, too.
It is pretty hard to know who is actually beheaded. It could be some poor homeless guy that they just hang the label on.

Trouble is its very hard to know. Most of their News is really censored.

22 terrorists were captured - just a couple of days ago- that were planning on bombing stuff around Cairo. Big headline that the Plot was Thwarted.

Guess they didn't quite get them all.
