What Is The Total Number Of Stars From All The Generals Who Want Rummy...
... to be fired?

Do the anti-Rumsfield retired generals have more stars than the pro-Rumsfield retired generals?

I think it's only about 1% of the generals. There's like 5000 of them

2. Yes... But Of The Ones Who Have Publicly Expressed Support ...
... or of the ones who have publicly called for his resignation, which side has more stars?

3. you first need to identify their ranks,
then you can count the stars:

Brigidier General - one star
Major General - two stars
Lieutenant General - three stars
General - four stars

To my knowledge there are no living five star generals.
