Chimpy Sounded Just Like Chancellor Satler From "V" Today!

The chimp was responding to the explosions in Egypt, now labeled "A most heinous terra attack" from the chimperor. He went on and on about never wavering, FEar, Fear, FEAR!!! He sounded exactly like the Chancellor from V for Vendetta, which I finally got to see this weekend. Though I like Satler's backdrops better, this is getting scary!
