Rush goes off the deep end, and gives us a clue to Rove's strategy.

OK, I deserve to be flamed, but I didn't listen - just had to check out on line how Mr. Pilodinal Cyst, Sir Oxycontin, was handling the world collapsing around him, and how he would interpret the talking points handed him by Rove (time to charge sedition and treason). He's off the deep end; back to blaming his peer, Bill Clinton. "It's all that popular boy Bill Clinton's fault. He always got the girls in high school, and was the better athlete, and smarter, too, and it JUST ISN'T FAIR! I'll show him." (my made-up quote, his thinking, no doubt).

Call for Dr. Freud. Dr. Freud?

From the rant, "Democratic Party: A Culture of Treason" long and thoroughly bizarre:

"So we have a serious charge here, and the serious charge is... Well, you know, Bill Clinton's administration, Bill Clinton knew Sandy Berger. Bill Clinton picked the people for his National Security Council, Mary McCarthy is there, Richard Clarke is there. Could it be that Bill Clinton himself is behind the Mary McCarthy leak? Could it be that Bill Clinton himself is behind getting her in the CIA?"

Don't talk too much about Bubba, or they might find out about the impending coup.

. . . and is wobbling his mean, stoned, cystic ass down the path to obscurity. Shame it took so long . . .

15. thanks, my friend . . .
. . . ole Rush is the worst thing that ever happened to this country. He has wreaked immeasurable harm with hate and lies. If there is something like karma . . . I would not want to be that mofo.

16. LOL! That's what did Al Capone in, and they do look alike. . .
Can you feel the love? Of course, Rush was a young Jeff Guckert type back then. Syphilitic? Well, you be the judge. Capone, fer sure. Rush????

6. I heard him use the "culture of treason" line on the way to lunch
It was good for a long belly laugh. Rush is so far past "lost" his drug induced delusions are just funny if you pretend that there aren't millions of listeners who still think he tells the truth.

7. Keep talking Rush! Everyday, you become a little more clownish.
Eventually his herd of dittoheads will finally understand that Rush is paid $24MM/year to keep his audience from thinking.

11. There is usually a reason behind the propaganda

I monitor the show often and it sounds to me like they are gearing up for widespread purges of career employees at the CIA,State Department, and Justice Department.

Elsewhere on DU is a Newsweek article that explores Mary McCarthy's actual guilt or innocence.

17. I've said this before. It's NOT a good idea to mess with the CIA!
In most instances, I respect those folks a lot. Those covert agents risk their lives every day for the USA! They also know where all the bodies are burried, what's going on where, and who's giving the orders. The whole dept is pi**ed already. If ShrubCo tries to go after them directly, it will be to HIS demise!

18. Agreed. That's why I monitor him, too.
Given his influence since 1990, we better keep an eye on him. Although when his usefulness has ended by his nuttiness, and Sean Hannity is waiting in the wings - well, let's just say I watched Godfather II last night, and let it go at that.

12. I think I may have heard some of that today, not by my own choice.
I'm working as a home health aide, and I heard something on the radio at my client's house that sounded like Rush Limbaugh. I couldn't really hear what was being said, but heard the words "Bill Clinton", "Democrats", "treason", and "Mary McCarthy".

I could barely stand to be in the same room with that vile spew. :puke:

To go off the deep end one must have at first been in the shallow end . This nutcase has always been on the deep end of the insane train.
