1. It's supposedly body fat. Fat people are less likely to be hired

for jobs. I read a couple of studies about this.

People think overweight people are: self-indulgent, lazy, unhealthy, etc. ALL of which don't play well in the workplace.

taller people have a BIG advantage over shorter people in many ways. tall people get promoted more often, selected as team lead more often, etc. i'm talking white-collar workplace, where height is theoretically completely irrelevant.

And usually potential employers can provide some justification as to why they might not want to hire someone who is seeking to be upwardly mobile. There is the whole "networking" issue as well. Some people know people who are in a position to hire them. Some people don't know anyone who is in a position to hire them, especially in their chosen field.
Even though these things are true, with a lot of work one can change their class. One cannot change their race aside from certain people who can "pass", which in itself is usually genetics.

Those are two HUGE sources of discrimination in this country (in some ways they can be viewed as one)...any poll on discrimination needs to include them...and it appears to me that you have plenty of open spaces on your poll to add them, if you'd like.

and the information it contains is the most widespread. That would include discrimination based on weight, age, homliness (or lack thereof), height, gender, race, socio-economic class, etc.
