to NREL here in Colorado before he could go there and tout his phantom "energy plan". He waxed poetic about switchgrass or some shit and left them wondering if there'd be any additional funding coming their way.

What do ya wanna bet their funding is cut even more next year. It was my first thought when I read of Bush's new "energy plan" today.
