Bush is announcing all these initiatives to investigate oil companies and such for prive gouging and so on.

Why don't we frame the issue invoking his investigation of the administration on leaks. :think:

"Mr President considering your last investigation where we ultimately found yourself responsible for the leak of a CIA agent's identity, will we find you similarly responsible for allowing/endorsing/encouraging the oil companies to get their loot on? Might this all have been part of the plan set in those secret energy task force meetings way back when?"
