America should be insulted by the appointment of Snow. He's a liar.

*Suggested Democrats objected to Bush's warrantless spying because the think the 'government should no be able to listen to Al Qaeda'

*Claimed that Carter & Bush both authorized warrantless surbeillance of US citzens

*Claimed that eh FISA probable cause standard kept the FBI from inspecting Moussaoui's laptop

*clamed that FISA review court opinion allowed for warrantless domestic sureillance

...goes on and on.

2. I can't find one Snow column that was on the net

Wingers used to pass it around. Snow's piece falsely accused Bill Clinton of lying us into the war in Kosovo. Snow said that Clinton,in a speech the night before the war inaccurately portrayed the level of genocide that was going on. I read Clnton's speech and Clinton did no such thing.

I think the lies Snow's column might make a decent talking point at some later date.
