Found this bit of info at the bottom of this article:

http://www.postchronicle.com/news/security/article_21216015.shtml

For the first time along the Afghan-Pakistani border Afghan, Pakistani and U.S. troops will conduct a joint military exercise, Operation Inspired Gambit.

Geo News reported on April 24 that U.S. military spokesman Col. Laurent Fox said during a press conference in the Afghan capital Kabul that the joint operation would be an "air assault exercise."

Even then this is just an "exercise". More show.

Bounty Hunter "Dog" Says He Could Have Bin Laden, Within 90 Days

Jun 28 2005, 12:56 PM

"Dog" the bounty hunter appeared on the Donny Deutsch show last night and claimed that he could deliver Osama Bin Laden within 90 days, and all Bush has to do is write the check. My only thought is, either this guy's completely full of B.S., or Bush should be cutting a check right now. And even if there's only about a 10% chance that he's NOT full of it, isn't that a chance you'd be willing to take? How much could he possibly want? Considering all the money we're spending right now, wouldn't this guy's fee be a pittance in comparison?

2. Mushie is just hanging on by a thread. Between a rock and the
proverbial hard place. Has to show what a bad ass he is but really doesn't dare let the US come into the country and sure as hell can't drop bombs on his Moslem Pakis or all hell will break lose.

Truthfully, we would have bombed the borders of Pakistan like we did Falluja if we could.

Too much chance of accidentally hitting Bin Laden.
