"Too Many Churches and Not Enough Truth"

This line from the old song "She's Come Undone" by the Guess Who jumped out of the speakers this morning and hit me right between the eyes, while commuting to work. It really sums up the lunatic right wing fundy movement that rational Americans have been forced to live with since the head kook Bush stole the White House in 2000. I'd really love to see it on bumper stickers and signs as November approaches.

away from 'issue' stickers.
I like one I got for stem cell research, something like, Support Stem Cell Research, You could need it next. (Just ordered, haven't rec'd yet)
My favorite, that I just ordered because my old one is washed out, is, "If You Aren't Outraged, You Aren't Paying Attention".
Next to my new license frame that says, "I support the troops, bring them home", (thanks to DUer ronnymarshall!) will be a flag theme:

I'm listening to my Greatest Hits of The Guess Who right now. Creepy. Incidently, the song is called "Undun". I freakin' love this album.

Undun had already played when I read this, but it would have been so completely weird if I had read this when it was playing... tail end of Albert Flasher on now... Glamour Boy coming up...

I think I may play it all again when it gets to the end.

Yeah! You know, I listen to that song a lot on the oldies station, but that phrase has never really entered my conscious.
