8. I just talked to a Wal-Mart employee that voted for Bu*h. She

makes $7.75 an hour after a year and a half on the job.

She's heavily in debt, lives with her child and 2 roommates, and has not been able to buy groceries for the last month.

She voted for Bu*h because of the choice issue. She said she didn't like John Kerry. I asked her why.

She said she didn't know.

Talk about fucking yourself.

I explained to her that republicans only help the rich, while Democrats help working folks.

She said she kind of knows that.

I talked some more basic politics and think I convinced her to vote Democrat in 2006.

I absolutely HATE Walmart and will NEVER shop there...but I would not mind striking up a conversation with one of the employees if it meant changing at least one mind.

That is about the only thing that would make me visit a Walmart, but I refuse to spend any money while there.
