8. It's not just good -- it's a GREAT album.

Among some of his best work -- and man is that saying a lot. Restless Consumer is one of those tunes that really does bring it on, and with such passion. And Roger and Out is stunningly emotional and cuts to the core.

The music is vintage Neil. Can't wait to buy this thing so I can play it over and over and over and over.
