9. Can't vote because

I have no idea about Frist or Delay.

But they are saying "current and former lawmakers of Defense and Intelligence committees" are involved...which could explain a lot if someone in administration has them on tape and are using that to get full cooperation and halting of investigations.(Roberts anyone?)
