2. You have to read between the lines.

It's just doublespeak (otherwise known as lying) like "Clear Skies" (Let's make it easier for companies to pollute), "Leave no Child Behind" (Let's make sure nobody gets an education) and "Healthy Forests" (What forest? To have a forest, you have to have more than one tree standing ...).

He's probably actually going to start making car companies make cars that have to have four tanks just to get down the block.

This is beyond comedy at this point. Now we should give the idiot absolute authority to set fuel efficiency standards!!

"It'll work like this, see; the big SUV's need more gas, see? Their tanks are bigger. Now, I'm a uniter, not a decider - I'm mean a divider - and a problem-solver! So all of the folks united with a "W" sticker on their SUV will have unlimited access at the pumps. Now those older cars burn too much gas, so anyone driving an older car, without the "W" sticker can gas up on Tuesday's only.
