This needs a CAPTION (and a WTF? on more authority!)

This photo blurb from CNN.com just won't cut it. Though it is hilarious to contemplate that our "president" still thinks he can use authority wisely. Or indeed, ever thought he could. Why do I think someone else cleaned up the quote before it made it to press? Oh yeah, it has words that exceed a single syllable.
