URGENT---SPAM FROM AIR AMERICA PLACE...DON'T OPEN FILE

If you get a spam e-mail from Air America Place board with a link to an executable file DELETE IT! The administrative staff of AAP will never send you such a message. However the "person(s)" exploiting a security flaw in the board software have no such compunction. We are working on a remedy for the situation, and ask that you all practice safe computing-- never click on .exe's, keep your firewall running and your virus software up to date. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

2. I'd like to find the freeper that is doing this..
I know enough about PC's to know you NEVER open an .exe file from an email, but I'm sure they have got a few people like this...

It pisses me off because AAR Place is a good site.

I'm pissed off at the script kiddie for breaking into their forum, but I'm also sort of pissed off at AAR Place because they had our emails on such an unsecure server... Should we all start expecting porn spam in our inboxes now?

They almost got me though cuz I trust them ya'know. But something told me to go to their site and check.

They could have sent an email out telling us it was spam don'tcha think? That would have been nice instead of making us go to them.

4. Got it twice - once yesterday and once today. I promptly deleted it. Does
AAP use PHP with their board?
