Geez, George is gettin' tough. He 'expects' oil co's to reinverst and they 'need to be mindful'that people expect them to reinvest. Tough words....:sarcasm:

~snip~ WASHINGTON (CNN) -- President Bush on Friday rejected calls to tax oil companies' record profits, but said he expects those companies to re-invest those profits in alternative fuels and new energy technologies.

"My attitude is that the oil companies need to be mindful that the American people expect them to reinvest their cash flows in such a way that it enhances our energy security," Bush said.

1. Here's how they are reinvesting those profits right now
One of my friends works for a major mid-sized player.

They sent her and 47 of her closest working associates to Hawaii for a two-week "seminar" in March.

There's shrubbie. Taking care of some of the underlings in his "base."

That should shake up the spyboys a little. I wish 500,000 people would do it today.

4. I'm SHOCKED, SHOCKED I tell ya!
Of course, there's no evidence (natch!) that says that Bush and his family stand to profit handsomely from this!
