officers came to his house to arrest him and that he turned himself in without having any handcuffs on, he was really not even arrested. Never mind that he was fingerprinted and had his mugshot taken.

5. I love their little lies even more than their big fat ones!

It's the little lies that reveal the most about who they are. One that comes to mind is Dick Cheney lying about why he was flying to Hawaii two days before the 2004 election (to pump for votes, he said)(--in Hawaii! I mean, come on.) (My guess: Election theft Plan C--phony terrorist alerts shut down west coast voting; V-P plane under attack in the Pacific--something like that; they seeded the pre-election news with numerous phony terrorist alerts as part of this plan, even had one really phony one about a Los Angeles elementary school). Or Karl Rove's newssturd about being in the hospital during Katrina. (His absence during Katrina was very noticeable--so noticeable that he later put out this hospital story. I think he was on strike, negotiating a Treasongate pardon.) Or the lie that Cheney (or was it Rove?) told about their "invisible" get out the vote campaign. Har-har. Or Bush in his flight suit (Bush, who shirked his duty and was AWOL). Or Bush clearing brush on his "ranch."

Anyway, no handcuffs, no cops, ergo no arrest is similar. An instinct for lying, deceit, cover up, secrecy, on big things as well as small.

I mean the way you wrote this post.

Truth is, the points that you make are frustrating as hell. It's like somehow this group of people who are able to twist any event into something beneficial for themselves have taken over the government. It reflects the thinking of the WH aide who said, "We are creating reality."

But you know, a lie is still a lie and the successful liar must not only remember what lie s/he told, but when, where, under what circumstances and to whom it was told. Eventually the lies will trip the liar up, especially if the liar is questioned in detail.

Meanwhile, the freeper's heads are exploding over this notion. They are in denial, claiming that it is(of course) only the MSM that is claiming an arrest. Sorry freeps, but when you get a mugshot taken, it is only for one reason, you're arrested. Besides, if he wasn't arrested, why in the hell did he have to most that bond?

And I agree, this is a disgustingly light sentence, going to show once more that those with money and power walk while the rest of us get the book thrown at us. But there is another question that perhaps some enterprising soul can undertake. Having been arrested before when I was young, I'm fully aware that two things are included with your arrest report. Any alias' that you've used, and your entire criminal record. Now we know that back in Rush's Philly days, he used the alias of Jeff Christie. We also know that a Jeff Christie was arrested during this same time period for homosexual pandering. Has anybody gone through Rush's arrest report and dug this little gem up? For if this were to be done, coming on top of a drug arrest, it might just pry some disgusted ditto heads away from Rush and send his show into a tailspin:shrug: If nothing else, it would be amusing to watch even more ditto heads explode:evilgrin:

Wonder if the Smoking Gun is going to get a copy of the arrest report. Might make for some interesting reading.
