I doubt Rove will be indicted..

I think at most he will have to admit without really admitting he did anything wrong.

Some half ass ‘No Contest’ plea or something, that way something was done about Rove without really doing anything to him.

11. No contest is as good as a conviction, unless the judge hands
down a non-conviction like an adjudication of withholding of guilt or deferring it.

You can still plead guilty and no contest all of the time and usually it results in a conviction, but there are those rare times that even though you pled guilty/no contest the case can end up as a non-conviction.

Either way this would be massive damage to * hence is why Card left and Rove has had his "duties" changed

A charge means an indictment.

6. He has already hindered a 2 year investigation involving outing
an undercover CIA agent that worked in monitoring WMD proliferation and tracking with and around certain black markets of the world. I doubt Fitz will let him off with a nolo contendre plea. Rove has had I am guessing a number of chances to "work with Fitz", but that time passed him by on his 4th GJ appearance. Have faith, Rove is in a tight, tight corner. Also remember Fitz HATES lying and obstructing.

Fitz didn't put all this effort into it just to let him walk. Doubt not. It will happen, probably next Friday.

19. GreyTabbyCat kind of a guy over here. I've had one my entire life
Damn I got a good one right now. He is in the bed with the wife right now on MY pillow waiting for me to turn everything off and come in there with him and the dogs. He loves the dogs more than life itself. I can't wait to go to bed to be with them all.

23. I had an orange cat once he came with this house when we bought it in 1989
Edited on Fri Apr-28-06 11:55 PM by NNN0LHI
He was old when we got him (at least 10 the vet said) but he still lived a long time afterward. He was a cantankerous old rascal. He would whop you in the ankle...HARD...if you would walk by him too close just to keep you in line. Wouldn't use his nails or nothing but he would whop you so hard it hurt.

He wouldn't let any stray animals in the yard. He was a fighter. A big pig got away from the slaughterhouse and ended up in our back yard and he didn't know what to do with that thing. He just puffed up and got on the lawn furniture. But I have seen him chase three large dogs out of my back yard simultaneously. Then he gave each of my dogs a crack across the head for good measure he was still so pissed off.

The orange cat took this grey one I got now under his wing when we got him as a kitten about 9 years ago and showed him the ropes before he died. He did a good job raising him too.

Yea cats are really nice. Us DUers like our cats.

28. Great stories!
I've got a lot . . . but the favorite one is about Autumn--she has twice now caught pigeons half again larger than herself! From the looks of the aftermath, they're pretty good eatin' . . .

Cantankerous old rascals, indeed! ;)
