1. The Decider: The Decider Serves two 4 year terms in office. The Decider makes the decisions. The Decider has the power to declare and make war. The Decider may appoint secretaries who he decides shall stay or go, even when they screw up really bad because "I'm the decider, and I decide what is best. And what's best is for the secretaries to remain as the secretaries, eh he he he." The Decider may at his choosing serve longer terms, but he, literally, runs the risk of being followed by a mob out of town.
2. The Lapdog: The Lapdog shall consist of two houses, The House of Corrupt "Representatives" and The Senate of People Who Should Have Retired Years Ago.
The "Representatives" serve 2 year terms for as long as they can fool their "constituents" and outrun justice. It is the House of Corrupt "Representatives" job to represent the lobbyists. They must also pass any legislation that The Decider wants.
The Senate of People Who Should Have Retired Years Ago shall serve 6 year terms for as long as they can look like they are lucent. The Senate shall be responsible for confirming any judges The Decider decides should be on the Court of The Last Somewhat Intelligent Members of Government. It is the job of the Senate to make The Decider look good in the eyes of the people by holding "oversight" hearing that garner national attention. The House of Corrupt "Representatives" holds "oversight" hearings as well, but they are not supposed to be noticed by the nation.
3. The Court of The Last Somewhat Intelligent Members of Government: There shall be a Chief Justice, who shall at his/her election, put funny stripes on his/her robe. He/she is also in charge unofficially of giving the Oath of The Decider to The Decider. He/she is also responsible for presiding over the impeachment trial in the Senate of People Who Should Have Retired Years Ago of The Decider and any of The Decider's accomplices, when the people finally wake up and decide to throw The Decider out of office. The person whom fills the office of Chief Justice is decided by The Decider.
There shall also be eight other justices. These justices are decided by The Decider.
All justices shall be confirmed by The Senate of People Who Should Have Retired Years Ago. It is the job of The Court of The Last Somewhat Intelligent Members of Government to fix any screw ups of the other branches.
