Why not make suggestions? Because it's too easy to provoke a plagiarism law suit. You'll get an e-mail like the one I got, that said they did not read my suggestion and will not consider any e-mail submitted ideas.

Not a big deal though, when I work for a famous movie produce, we couldn't even except FEDEX packages, unless we knew the sender and expected the package.
