4. a reporter is calling in--saying Reporters rely on leaks

5. Playing lots of WJour Bush and his double (nothing on Colbert)

6. Left caller--says We can't believe we are even having this discussion.

She says the top leaker is the President (but won't call him that since he was not legally elected)--.

Guess he over looked how long its taken for the press to get anything out about Shrub&co. He must not have heard shrubs the leaker in chief.

10. Am I mistaken?

I thought Bushco is wanting to prosecute reporters in physical possession of classified documents. If I am correct - this is a fine line. Some reporter gets possession of documents that were classified to cover up illegal activities that's one thing - getting documents that SHOULD be classified is a problem, IMHO.

If an Admin that was open to the public was making this move I would not be so concerned. But Bushco making this move just brings up the whole dictator thing.
