Is there a transcript of Colbert last night? (For those on bad/slow dialup

Some of us are not lucky enough to have decent Internet speed, cable or satellite and not being in on the "joke" at all is frustrating as heck.

From everything folks are saying I know I'd love to watch it but trying to DL the video from the web looks like it would take me days at the pace it was going so a transcript would be the next best thing if there is such a thing. This combined with a healthy imagination and snippets of info from DUers who have seen it will make it almost as though I were actually watching it... well sort of but hey it would be better then nothing. :D

I missed that thread. Since I have it bookmarked as one of my Homepages I tend to hang out on the "Latest Discussion Threads" page... if I am away from the keybaord for a bit and it's a busy day though I miss some good stuff... hmmm... maybe I could have DU as two different Homepages (Latest and Greatest). :D

9. I am on horrible dial up and the crooks an liars half video worked for me

took a long time to load, but it did work. I do recommend giving it a try - its worth it to see the Colbert as press secretary/Helen Thomas stalker video...

(if we're even that lucky) but he doesn't surf around nearly as much as I do which slows everything down to a "molasses going uphill on a sub-zero cold day" crawl. :argh:
