More Americans Want Bush Impeached Than Did Clinton....BY FAR

Clinton Impeachment Polls

Aug-Sept 1998 (Before Impeachment)

Average support for impeachment and removal (10 polls): 26%

Bush Impeachment Polls

June 2005-April 2006

Average support for impeachment and removal (17 polls): 43%

Now two things we learn from these numbers.....two very telling things, indeed....

1. More Americans want Bush impeached than wanted Clinton impeached before his proceedings began. It's not even fucking close. 26% wanted Clinton impeached for a blowjob (okay, lying about a blowjob...who gives a shit) and 43% want Bush impeached for illegal acts against the very constitution that this nation is founded and based upon.

2. The media did 10 polls asking whether Clinton should be impeached in a matter of TWO MONTHS. That's an average of 5 per month. In almost a year, they have done 17 polls asking whether Bush should be impeached for a grand total of 1.5 per month. It's hardly ever asked and almost a shocking event when it does happen.

At least as far as most people are concerned. When the Supreme Court ruled that corporations have the same rights as real people it was the first nail in the coffin. When they ruled that money is speech, it was the final nail.

People want Bush investigated, and will want him impeached and removed from office if the facts warrent it.
