But I cannot afford to donate at this time...I was working for a local Air Force Base as a civilian and I got laid off last year...well basically they refused to renew my contract...can you say BRAC...so for 8 months I have been struggling to make ends meat...I have started a new part time job and it's going to take me a bit to get things back in order. I love this place and want to help but at this time I cannot donate. Please accept my apologies for not being able to donate at this time...

Until that time...I will still come to this site on a daily basis...there are so many good people here and there is so much truth here. I have learned so much from being a donating member of DU but at this time I just can't afford to donate...I wish I could but it's just not in the cards...

Please accept my apologies...I will make sure that when I get caught up I will make sure to make a substantial donation...!
