her "stand" on gay rights and why she didn't use her influence or access to try and negotiate points with the Administration. She played coy, she was just a lowly staffer who made sure "the trains ran on time" with her father's campaign. Yes, she said that.
She also kept pointing out to him if he had "read her book" he would know the answers to the questions he was asking her. :rofl:

I think that Mary Cheney is a good person, but I think she doesn't make enough of an effort to realize what others truly see. I think she consciously blocks that out and does what's best for the campaign in her father's eyes more than her own.

I understand not being a "one issue" voter. But when your party uses your "one issue" as a ploy, how do you support them? There are certainly many issues I don't agree with within my party, but if my party was using "my" issue to manipulate, I would have to re-evaluate my party.

The less people who watch her or pay attention the better. She's the daughter of an incredibly evil man and a stepford mom. She cannot come to grip with her gayness and/or being the scion (scionette??) of Republican royalty. I'd almost feel sorry for her but there are too many more important issues to concentrate on. As soon as the book is on the remainder table (which will probably be next week) Mary will disappear again. The Cheney we should be worrying about and discussing is her father. Mary is just a bore and a pain in the butt. Dad is pure evil and is actually affecting our country and our lives.
