Anyone listing to these reporters getting instructed in journals on WJ
now? Some very good callers taking them to task for lack of critical thinking and allowing themselves to be manipulated by the WH and politicians.

1. good!
Public shaming might work on people who actually fool themselves into thinking they are journalists.

2. Then there are the RW freeper callers
who believe that Iraq attacked us on 9-11 and they "support all the wars" (young man caller).

Brian asked a freeper woman why we don't invade Saudi Arabia since 15 of the hijackers came from Saudi Arabia? She totally ignored that fact and insisted that we invaded Iraq to protect the USA. :eyes:

4. Freeper woman says journalists nod when libs call & chastise RW callers.
She complains that the killing of Christians and Jews in the Middle East are not reported and she says she "reads about Abu Ghraib until she just can't stand it anymore."

Reporter: We don't expect the US military to act like that (torture people.)
"There are no pictures of most beheadings but Abu Ghraib had pictures."
"Gitmo...issue that it makes our position in the world worse...SCOTUS ruling...limits on POTUS power..."

6. Hess's reply about Gahrib coverage was right on!
it's certainly no surprise whatsoever when an American enemy uses torture; But it is a shocking surprise and highly unAmerican whenever a certain few Americans do....even more so with administration knowledge and sanctions......that's the difference.

7. Except that...
...it's tripe. I am not surprised at all that Americans torture.
