I watched the presentation yesterday on "Assuring Fair Elections" at the 2006 Harlem Book Fair yesterday on C-Span 2. It was so incredible that I checked to see when it will repeat so that I could record it. It will be replayed tonight at 10 PM Eastern Time on C-Span 2.
