Google results for search term "Israel": 1,030,000,000
Google results for search term "Lebanon": 681,000,000
Google results for "Israel right to defend itself" (sans quotes): 13,900,000
Google results for "Lebanon right to defend itself" (sans quotes): 6,140,000

the exact quote "Israel Right to Defend Itself" only appears about 180000. If you change Israel to Lebanon you only get 7.
