600 innocents killed, have you contacted your Congress representative?
Israel has killed 600 innocents with U.S. made weapons in the last 17 days. What has Congress done? Given them a high five. Do more than making a post about the killings, pick up your phone today and write a letter to Congress!

11. BS
Hezbollah is part of the Lebanese community.

According to your logic, they should all stand in the middle of a field with guns raised, waiting for the IDF to mow them down.

And you're telling me that Hezbollah terrorists are hiding weapons in buildings in downtown Beiruit? Or in the UN outpost? Or in minivans fleeing the carnage, obeying the leaflets the IDF dropped telling them to leave?

16. I wish it were plain and simple
It's that kind of analysis that keeps us in this mess to begin with.

4. Why?
With a few exceptions, the Congress supports the killings, and believe that it should continue.
They don't call these people the "Rubber Stamp Congress" without reason, it would seem that the deaths of innocent Lebanese isn't as important as the deaths of innocent Israelis.

Besides, you don't really expect them to upset the American voters who also support what Israel is doing? Not this close to the elections!!!

I made a call, the time would have been better spent if I had picked my nose!!!!

6. I know many Israeli supporters who are sicken by what has occured
Always a good idea to let Congress know that there is another voice out there, and it is growing. Seeing dead child after dead child has that effect.

15. A cease fire would accomplish nothing
it would leave Hezbollah in control of thousands of missiles that they would use again as soon as we went away.

8. I was under the impression that many of the
munitions themselves were of Israel manufacture.

Perhaps not the jets, but tanks and artillery shells, and at least some of the lower-precision missiles are homegrown.

14. I've called my congressman about supporting Israel more
They are being attacked every day from all sides. They need more support from us.

I have friends that were blown up in Tel Aviv last year at a religious dinner by a waiter who had bombs strapped to his body. They were not military, political, or activists. There were young children and old woman.

Meanwhile, outside, a bus was blown up where 20 innocents were blown into pieces, body parts everywhere.

I say, support Isreal.

20. I have written to Peter DeFazio (D-Eugene, OR 4th Cong. District)
because he seemed like a more upright and honest dude than the way he voted - along with 409 other accomplices and accessories. Not much more to say here...
except that maybe a blessing has been that they have been forced to show their true allegiance. It ain't to their own kind or country....
